We suggest a quarterly campaign with a monthly delivery and distribution schedule.  We would deliver all of the orders received to the designated fundraising coordinator for your group, who would in turn distribute them to your supporters.

 

Our 50% campaign fundraising program applies to our online tiny coloring and activity books only. Please browse our website to see what tiny book themes we offer, and to see if our fundraising program may be of interest to your group.

The only administrative action for your group is the ongoing advertising of the program to your group through your own network - usually quick e-mails describing how the program will work for your group, i.e., applying the group code at checkout, as well as reminding your members and other supporters the fundraising goal(s) you are trying to achieve.

The Tiny Book Co.™ tracks the orders and provides your group with a spreadsheet listing the orders placed, their totals, and the percentage amount your group has earned. To assist those groups that track individual member fundraising amounts, the spreadsheet will include the order reference number, name, date, order total, and percentage amount earned.

Earned funds will only be issued to the authorized representative as indicated on the signed Fundraising Agreement between The Tiny Book Co.™ and your group.

Ongoing Fundraising

Your group will receive a tracking number to be forwarded to your members and others who wish to support your fundraising efforts.

 

Every time a member or other supporter of your group places an order, your group will receive 20% back. We set up a timeframe with your group, i.e., sport season, school year, or it can be continual throughout the year with regular reporting and payments of funds earned.
