REFUND, EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY

We understand the importance of a clear and reliable refund and return policy. Our aim is to build trust and reassure our customers that they can shop with confidence, knowing that we are dedicated to their full satisfaction.

 

30-Day Refund Policy

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be returned unused and in the same condition that you received it within 30 days of purchase.

*Gift Cards and items marked as 'final sale' are non-returnable.

Exchanges 


We only replace items that are defective or damaged.

 

If you need to exchange items due to defect or damage, email us at hello@thetinybookco.com, with your order number in the subject line, proof of purchase, and images showing the defect or damage. Upon receipt, we will review your claim and send you a Return Authorization ID# to return the items for an exchange.

 

Return Procedure

1.  Email us at hello@thetinybookco.com, with your order number in the subject line, proof of purchase, and images showing the defect or damage. Upon receipt, we will review your claim and send you a Return Authorization ID# to return the items for either an exchange or refund.

 

2.  Upon receipt of a Return Authorization ID#, pack items in their original packaging for return, preferably in the same shipping box they arrived in.

4.  E-mail your tracking number to hello@thetinybookco.com with your Return Authorization ID# in the subject line.


5.  Once the items are received and inspected, a refund for the purchase price will be returned to the original method of payment, or a replacement item shipped.


Refund Processing


There is often some processing time required by your bank or credit card provider before a refund is posted to your account. Please wait at least a week for these transactions to appear in your account or on your statement.


If you have still have not received your refund after this waiting period, please contact us at hello@thetinybookco.com.

The above Refund, Exchange and Return Policy applies to orders placed directly with The Tiny Book Co.™ through our website, by phone or email, and at markets or events where we are a participating vendor. Our Resellers and other hosted online platforms may have their own refund, exchange, and return policies.
