Important US Shipping Update
We have some awesome news to announce...
We are lifting the pause on our US orders effective immediately. Our shipping broker has updated their systems with a CUSMA self-declaration and a duty calculator, which now allows us to ship our US orders Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). So, no surprise charges for our US customers when their packages arrive with the new tariff rules!
Our Tiny Coloring and Activity Books are CUSMA compliant, therefore, they qualify for duty-free treatment. So, no import duties and/or import taxes are applicable on these items.
Our Tiny 12-Piece Colored Pencil Set In Tube With Sharpener is not CUSMA compliant, therefore it does not qualify for duty-free treatment. However, The Tiny Book Co.™ will pay the import duties and/or import taxes, including brokerage fees on this item.
We love and appreciate our US customers, and are so pleased to remove this pause and recommence shipping to them in time for the holidays!

We understand the importance of a clear and reliable shipping policy. Our aim is to build trust and reassure our customers that their orders will be packaged to protect and shipped promptly, and at the best rates we can find.
We ship to all locations in Canada, the United States, and the United Kingdom at this time (some exceptions and notes below).
1) remote locale/territory (i.e. NWT, Nunavut, the Yukon, and other Canadian locations far from a major centre) fees may apply;
2) remote locale/territory (i.e. Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and other US locations far from a major centre) fees may apply;
3) remote locale/territory (i.e. UK locations far from a major centre) fees may apply.
We will notifiy you before processing your order to ensure that you wish to proceed with your order, and process the additional fees accordingly.
To ship your orders at the best rates available, we use a number of carriers and services depending on the region. This allows us to charge a flat rate shipping fee to our retail customers. This flat rate may fluctuate depending on the fees charged by the carriers, i.e. during busier than normal seasons, increased fuel costs, etc. We will update this page and our checkout page accordingly.

Shipping fees are taxable (if applicable) and in CDN dollars.
Fees also include packaging, shipping, handling and insurance. A signature may be required upon delivery, specifically for larger retail orders.
USA and UK orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and fees. All charges must be paid to the local tax authority upon receipt of your package. The Tiny Book Co.™ is currently unable to predict whether or not you will be charged a fee or what that fee might be. Shipments may be delayed by the customs process. Please contact your local customs office for further information.
Order Processing
On average, orders will be processed and shipped within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) depending on our current stock and order backlog. For efficiency, we batch our shipping days 2-3 times per week.
When your order is shipped, notification will be sent by e-mail providing any available tracking information. Please note that it may take the carrier up to 24 hours to update their tracking system.
Delivery within Canada typically takes 5-7 business days; to the USA typically takes 5-7 business days; and to the UK typically takes 6-12 business days - all depending on the carrier, service, region, weather conditions, and other factors.
Packaging
We package all orders in protective packaging to ensure your items are not damaged during transit.
Upon receipt of your order, please review the contents of your shipment and contact us if you have any questions or concerns relating to your order. A quick e-mail letting us know that you are satisfied with your order is always appreciated and confirms that all of our order processes are working efficiently.
The above Shipping Policy applies to retail orders placed directly with The Tiny Book Co.™ through our website, by phone or email, and at markets or events where we are a participating vendor. Our Resellers and other hosted online platforms may have their own own shipping prices and policies, and may offer delivery to many locations around the world. Shipping rates for all wholesale orders will be determined upon receipt of each order.
